Hello! Please call me Teacher Ramon or Amon. My family background is diverse yet simple. Spanish and Chinese on my maternal side and Spanish and Cebuano on my paternal side. I am fluent in English, Tagalog, and Cebuano and can understand a little bit of Spanish and some Japanese. I have been teaching for 7 years and half in both offline and online classroom environments. I have taught and experienced teaching business English, survival English, pronunciation clinic, grammar, creative writing, speaking, TOEIC, and other academic tests. When I teach, I love to see my students become the best version of themselves. I am a licensed educator, TESOL and TESL/TEFL certified, and I have a Bachelor of Elementary Education (BEED)* and a Master of Arts in Education *(M.A.E.D.)* majoring in Administration and Supervision, which have helped me to become a better educator. My goal as a teacher is to make my students feel safe and confident and help them to achieve their goals in life through English. I believe in having a safe space so that students can feel at ease and experience the language holistically. I am excited to share my teachings with my students and help them. I have a variety of skills, qualities, and experiences that. I look forward to helping you acquire knowledge, express yourself, and achieve your life goals through English.
