こんにちは！「Teacher Ramon（ラモン先生）」または「Amon（アモン）」と呼んでください。私のルーツは多様でありながらシンプルで、母方はスペイン系と中国系、父方はスペイン系とセブアノ系です。英語、タガログ語、セブアノ語を流暢に話すことができ、スペイン語や多少の日本語も理解できます。
これまでに7年半にわたり、対面およびオンラインの環境で指導を行ってきました。ビジネス英語、サバイバル英語、発音、文法、クリエイティブ・ライティング、スピーキング、TOEIC、その他各種試験対策など、幅広い分野を教えてきた経験があります。教師として、生徒の皆さんが自分自身の可能性を最大限に発揮し、成長していく姿を見るのが何よりも好きです。
私は教員免許を保有しており、TESOL/TESL/TEFLの認定も受けています。初等教育学の学士号（BEED）に加え、教育学修士号（M.A.Ed.：教育行政・監督専攻）も取得しており、これらの資格や学びが、より良い教育者としての活動に役立っています。
教師としての私の目標は、英語を通じて生徒の皆さんが安心感と自信を持ち、人生の目標を達成するための意欲を高められるようサポートすることです。生徒がリラックスして学べ、言語を総合的に体験できるような、安心感のある協力的な学習環境づくりを大切にしています。

Hello! Please call me Teacher Ramon or Amon. My family background is diverse yet simple, with Spanish and Chinese roots on my maternal side and Spanish and Cebuano roots on my paternal side. I am fluent in English, Tagalog, and Cebuano, and I can understand Spanish and some Japanese.
I have been teaching for seven and a half years in both offline and online classroom environments. I have experience teaching Business English, Survival English, pronunciation, grammar, creative writing, speaking, TOEIC, and other academic test preparation courses. As a teacher, I love seeing my students become the best version of themselves.
I am a licensed educator and TESOL/TESL/TEFL-certified. I hold a Bachelor of Elementary Education (BEED) and a Master of Arts in Education (M.A.Ed.), majoring in Administration and Supervision. These qualifications have helped me become a better educator.
My goal as a teacher is to help my students feel safe, confident, and motivated to achieve their goals in life through English. I believe in creating a safe and supportive learning environment where students can feel at ease and experience the language holistically.
