Hi, I am Tianhao, a current exchange student at Keio University. I was born in the northeast part of China, where people speak exactly Mandarin. A lot of news anchors at CCTV come from my home province, so you do not have to worry about picking up weird accents from me. I am personally into Chinese language and literature and have won scholarships for relevant programs. I not only speak the language but also understand it and know how to discover its beauty. Our lessons will be held in a very fun and efficient way.
I studied in Hong Kong and California before I came to Japan. The schools are the most prestigious in both areas, the University of Hong Kong and University of California, Berkeley. I have received much of my education in English, so I am native fluent in it and speak with a conspicuous American accent. A lot of friends I met in the United States actually thought that I was born there before I told them I am Chinese. I may be a great teacher than some native English speakers since I personally have been through the process as an English learner. I understand what might be the main struggle and know how to tackle the challenge. I can help you with daily conversation, professional English, and preparation for exams (mostly TOEFL), etc.
Outside class, I am an easy going and nice person with a wide range of interests in sports, photography, arts, and food. I like meeting new people, sharing stories and making friends. You can expect more than improve in your language skills if you choose me to help with your language learning.
