英語講師として24年のキャリアがあり、そのうち22年間は日本に住みながら英語を教えてきました。
これまでに、赤ちゃん連れのお母さんや小さなお子さんをはじめ、小学生から大学生、ビジネスパーソン、主婦の方、定年後の方やご年配の方まで、幅広い生徒さんと接してきました。一人ひとりの目標に寄り添いながら、英語力アップをサポートしてきた経験があります。
現在は、子どもから大人まで対応した英語スクールを運営するとともに、京都・奈良・兵庫の幼稚園、ECC外語学院、YMCA語学センターでもレッスンを行っています。

Hi, and thank you for stopping by my profile! My name is James, and I’m originally from Wilmington, North Carolina, in the United States.
I’ve been teaching English for 24 years, 22 of which have been spent living and teaching right here in Japan.
Over the course of my career, I’ve had the pleasure of working with thousands of students — from mothers with babies and young children, to elementary and university students, working professionals, homemakers, retirees, and senior citizens — supporting each of them in reaching their unique language goals.
In addition to running my own English school for both children and adults, I also teach at various kindergartens across Kyoto, Nara, and Hyogo, as well as at ECC Foreign Language Institute and the YMCA Language Center.
