Let's have fun speaking English!
I am a Canadian citizen, currently living in Japan. Currently I have taught all ranges of student, from three-year-old children to advanced adults, but I feel most reward teaching young people full of dreams, and hope, and finding ways to spark their interest. After graduating high school, I studied visual art in Italy. Upon my return to North America I began a yoga apprenticeship in Los Angeles which carried me through India and 7 other countries working as a English/yoga instructor-student. As well as extensively studying yoga, I attained a BA in English in British Columbia, Canada. Following this I worked in the Canadian film industry for about ten years, where I worked on over 30 films, from actor to lighting technician. I have studied and taught classical Yoga, Ayurveda, and Jyotish, Business English, both predictive and descriptive English grammar as well as conversation. Having traveled the world and having had various experiences in different cultures, I have witnessed a wide range of viewpoints through which to see the world. As well as teaching your students English, I would also like to impart knowledge of the world from this global perspective.
