I taught English at ベルリッツ in Shibuya for 10 years, and Tokyo has been my home for 20+ years.

In our lessons, I’ll prepare news articles and texts that interest you…on topics like travel, art, business, lifestyle, world & local news, etc., and from English publications like The Guardian, BBC, JapanToday, etc.
We’ll read and discuss the articles, and learn new vocabulary, and this talk-heavy style is both enjoyable and useful! You will learn to express your opinions, clearly.
We’ll also focus on any specific needs you might have, i.e. re-writing documents, travel talk, business chat, etc.
My goal: that you enjoy speaking English well, with confidence!
