家族と一緒に日本に住んで数年になり、これまで初心者から上級者まで、さまざまなレベルの方に英語を教えてきました。ネイティブスピーカーとして、英語をより自然に、そして自信を持って使えるようになるためのコミュニケーション力の向上をサポートしています。
企業研修の経験をもとに、官公庁や日本の大手企業（商社、メガバンク、製薬会社、IT業界など）を含む、幅広い業界の方々への指導を行ってきました。また、観光の増加に伴い、海外のお客様とのコミュニケーション力を高めたいと考えている経営者の方や小売業、接客業の方々のサポートも行っています。
仕事で英語を使い始めたばかりの方から、より高度で専門的なコミュニケーションを目指す方まで、あらゆるレベルの学習者に対応しています。また、プレゼンテーション準備、交渉スキル、海外赴任準備、面接対策などのサポートも行っています。
IELTS、TOEFL、TOEIC、英検などの試験対策にも対応しています。さらに、教授、研究者、大学職員の方々に対して、プレゼンテーション、会議、研究、国際共同研究などで必要な英語の指導経験もあります。

My name is Virginia, but please call me Ginger.
I have been living in Japan with my family for several years and have experience teaching students at all levels, from beginners to advanced learners. As a native English speaker, I help students develop the communication skills they need to use English more naturally and confidently.
With a background in corporate training, I have worked with employees across a wide range of industries, including government ministries and major Japanese companies such as trading companies, mega banks, pharmaceutical companies, and the IT industry. I also support business owners, retail businesses, and customer-facing staff who want to communicate more effectively with international customers as tourism continues to grow in Japan.
I work with learners at every stage, from those just beginning to use English in the workplace to those preparing for more advanced and specialized communication. I also offer support with presentation preparation, negotiation skills, relocation support, and job interview practice.
I also provide preparation for exams such as IELTS, TOEFL, TOEIC, and Eiken. In addition, I have experience working with professors, researchers, and university staff who need English for presentations, meetings, research, and international collaboration.
I welcome students with goals beyond business English. Whether you would like to improve your everyday English, maintain your current level, enjoy conversation practice, have fun using English, or study at your own pace, I tailor each lesson to your goals and support you in achieving them.
I have a private office just a two-minute walk from Nihombashi Station, offering a comfortable, convenient, and private environment where you can relax and speak freely.
