Hello I am Presheela Yapa, a Sri Lankan citizen who has multiple experience of working with children of different nationalities. I have worked as an assistant teacher in Canberra Grammar School in Australia for nearly 4 years. I also have the experience of working with early childhood where I worked for Australian National University Childcare and Pre school. I have a longer experience in teaching grades ranging from 1-12 as an English Teacher for the non-native speakers. I usually use teaching aids such as visual aids, vocabulary cards, and even role play and sometimes demonstrations where cooking and baking applies to some topics. I have a big passion for cooking too. As i have travelled around the world, I have been able to experience about universal food culture. I am also interested in sharing my abilities and expertise in different food from all around the world or rather learnt through my visits to the respective countries. I personally feel the theme 'cooking through English' could turn out a hit amongst the seniors or the housewives.
