I believe that helping others learn English can be a two-way experience because each language learner I will encounter has a unique experience and perspective that I can learn from. Also, it is an opportunity for me to improve my not-so-good Japanese language skill.
Although I am partly motivated by the financial gains of teaching English, most of my motivation stems from my enthusiasm for making new friends and learning new things. To the best of my ability, I will strive to create an environment where we can feel comfortable communicating with each other while learning. Don't worry if you are shy. I am also shy sometimes so we can get along just fine.
