こんにちは！アメリカ・ニュージャージー州出身の英語・アート講師です。これまで数年間、子どもから大人まで英語とアートを教えてきました。
福岡に来る前は、ニューヨークに約5年間住み、美術館やアートギャラリーで働いていました。レッスンでは、アートの経験を活かし、難しい内容を説明するときにイラストや視覚的な例を使うこともあります。
レッスンでは、会話と実践的な英語を中心に、日常生活や生徒さんの興味のあることなど、実際の場面をテーマにして学んでいきます。目的やレベルに合わせて、テキストなどを使った structured なレッスンにも対応できます。
初心者から上級者まで、幅広いレベルの生徒さんを教えてきました。フレンドリーで話しやすい先生だと言っていただくことが多く、英語のアクセントも「意外と聞き取りやすい」と言っていただくことがあります。

Hello! I’m an English and art teacher from New Jersey, USA, with several years of experience teaching both children and adults.
Before moving to Fukuoka, I lived in New York for about five years, working in art galleries and museums. I often bring my background in art into my lessons, using illustrations and visual examples to make difficult topics easier to understand.
I focus mainly on conversation and practical English, using real-life situations and topics that interest my students. I can also provide structured lessons using textbooks or other materials, depending on your goals.
I’ve taught students from complete beginners to advanced levels. Students have described me as friendly and approachable, and often say my accent is surprisingly clear and easy to understand.
