My experience includes Supervisor and Administrator of Ground Operations Ramp Services; staffing, schedule planning, training, coordinating and overseeing execution of Ramp Services including on-time performance, safety and security procedures, compliance with weight and balance procedures, timely delivery and transfer of baggage, freight, and mail, and facilitating communication and coordination with other Ground Operations departments/cities on a daily basis. I have a FAA Issued Aircraft Dispatcher License and am also trained in weight and balance procedures for Boeing 737 aircraft.
In addition I have 3 years of experience working in retail customer service in a department store in the United States.
I have traveled extensively throughout the United States, Canada, and Europe. I have also traveled to Egypt, Lebanon, Jordan, and Israel as well as South Korea and China. I have traveled to various areas of Japan including Tokyo, Yokohama, Hakone, Osaka, Kobe, Kyoto, Takyama, Shirakawago, Kurashiki, Kumamoto, Aso, Hitoyoshi, Miyazaki, and Nagasaki.
