こんにちは、私はサイモンと申します。イギリス人で、名古屋に34年間住んでいます。その間、語学学校で英語を教えていました。私は半分引退していて時間があり、何しろ教えることが大好きですので、何人かの生徒を迎えたいと思っています。
私の生徒さんの多くは、私が楽しくて面白いこと、また分からない単語があるときには他のいろいろな表現や言い回しを使って英語で理解できるように導きますので、私のレッスンを楽しんでいると言っています。そんな風にレッスンを楽しみながら言語を学ぶことができます。そしてレッスンを楽しんでいる生徒さんほど、上達が早いと強く感じています。
長年の経験がありますので、生徒さんのニーズに合わせてレッスンをアレンジすることができます。ホームステイをしたいと思っている学生さん向け、海外旅行のため、英語系のテストの準備、日本国内または海外での仕事に英語を必要とするビジネスマン、英語での会話を上達させたいと思っている友人のグループなど、それぞれの目的に応じてレッスンを組み立てます。また、リラックスしたスタイルのレッスン、真剣に勉強したいなどの要望にもお応えして、いっしょになって生徒さんのゴールを目指します。

Hi,
My name is Simon and I'm British and I've lived in Nagoya for 34 years and I have been teaching English for that time at a language school.
I'm semi-retired, so I have some spare time. I love teaching and would like to get some students. Many of my students have said they enjoy my lessons as I'm easy going and funny, and for example, there are some words that students can’t get it, I lead them to understand using other expressions. It's possible to learn a language and enjoy the lessons at the same time. I strongly feel that students who enjoy their lessons are more likely to make faster progress.
Due to my many years experience I’m able to tailor lessons to fit your needs. If you’re a student wanting to homestay, just do some traveling abroad or preparing for tests, a businessperson needing English for work in Japan or overseas, a group of friends who just want to improve their conversational English, I can help you. If you prefer a more relaxed style lesson or you want to study more seriously, then we can work together to achieve your goals.
