My name is Alice from Taiwan.
Completed my bachelor degree in English Tourism,Cheng Shiu University in 2018.
I had a few years experienced working as a waitress while I was studying.
Since I graduated from University,I have been traveling and working at a few places in Japan. Mainly as a winter seasonal staff for two winter seasons.I learned how to work as an front desk agent for the first winter,tried to being helpful to our international guests .The second year which this year,my duties were communicating between front of the house and local housekeeping team and others Japanese staffs.Even though my Japanese is close to zero,I always try various way to make every one has the same page and organizing,solving any issues.I appreciated this company let me learn and grow my skills and experiences.
