Continual learning is essential; it nurtures our skills and talents and empowers us to make a meaningful impact on those around us. If you stop learning today, you stop teaching tomorrow. Age should never hinder our pursuit of knowledge, for learning is a lifelong journey. Like a diligent gardener, my role is to cultivate the abilities of children. A well-tended garden, with proper nourishment, sunlight, and water, blossoms beautifully — much like children with nurtured talents. Each individual is unique; the skills and talents we develop have the potential to create a significant impact on the world. Let us collectively consider how we can contribute positively to our communities and the world at large.
2010年、セブ島の学校で週末教師として働き始めました。2011年から2016年にかけては、カウンセラーと幼児開発講師としてさらにトレーニングを積みました。その後、バンコクで2年間ESL教師を務めた後、オンライン教育に移行し、同年、国家資格試験に合格しました。
2019年、愛知県犬山市に学校を設立しました。この4年間で、1人だった生徒が150人を超えるまでに成長しました。この旅を通して、子どもたちの成長を目の当たりにし、視野が広がっていくのを目の当たりにできたことを、深く感謝しています。
Experiences
With fifteen years of accumulated teaching experience, my journey began as a weekend teacher at a school in Cebu in 2010. I pursued further training as a counselor and early childhood development teacher from 2011 to 2016. Following this, I served as an ESL teacher in Bangkok for two years before transitioning to online teaching, where I successfully passed the National Licensure Examination in the same year. In 2019, I founded a school in Inuyama, Aichi. Over the span of four years, the school has flourished, growing from one student to more than 150 students. It has been deeply gratifying to witness the growth of children and witness their horizons expand throughout this journey.
