Im currently working as an English Language Teacher in an Eikaiwa.My previous job in the Philippines was a Business Process Outsourcing(BPO)basically, Im handling financial account with American customers,what we do is we explain complicated things about billing issues ,payments and provide account resolutions, I can tell that it's really a tough job, however I was able to worked in bpo companies with a total of 3 years and I can tell that my experiences, I gained my confidence as a non native English speaker who confidently speak with american customers.
I have a passion in everything I do.
