こんにちは！英会話講師のクレイグです。21年以上の指導経験があり、英検やTEAPの面接試験官も務めてきました。中高生、大学生、社会人を対象にオンライン授業を行っています。
中級者以上にはニュース記事を使ったディスカッションを、初心者には英検教材を使い丁寧に指導します。質問やフィードバックも行います。

- About My Teaching Method
For students who are already accustomed to understanding moderately long English texts, I utilize articles from the Breaking News English website as study material. Students are asked to review the material before the lesson.
During the lesson, I engage the students in a discussion by asking them a series of questions about the topic, deepening their understanding and conversational skills. If the student is interested in other news sources or topics, they are welcome to suggest them, and we can use those materials instead.
For students who are not yet accustomed to understanding longer English texts, I use materials and textbooks designed for junior high school students, such as those for the Eiken English proficiency test. Lessons are conducted by having the student answer questions related to the material, and students are also encouraged to ask questions if they have any.
When I notice any areas where the student's use of English needs improvement, I provide corrections through chat.
For example, students can receive the following types of feedback during lessons:
- New vocabulary along with examples of how to use it
- Corrections on grammar and preposition usage, along with explanations for the correct usage
- Notes summarizing the content covered in the lesson
