こんにちは!
I had worked as an English teacher in Japan.I am really good at getting along with people from any age. I always smile and hat's why my students feel really so relax even they were pretty scared and shy at the beginning. They don't get worried about making mistakes at all. Because I teach in a comfortable environment. I can assure you that English won't be a nightmare for you anymore. Since I have been studying Japanese myself, I know that it takes a lot of courage to make a conversation in a new language. But I believe that there is nothing to be worried in a friendly atmosphere. Instead of focusing on strict learning such as memorizing grammar rules and memorizing so many words in a day,it's better and easier to learn by speaking and by making mistakes. Nobody will judge you even if you make a few grammar mistakes or if you speak slowly. We even make mistakes in our native languages. I still make so many mistakes while speaking Japanese. But as long as my partner understands me and as long as i try to learn by my mistakes one by one,no need to be shy!
