I can help you improve your speaking skills in English and Vietnamese.
My mother tongue is Vietnamese, so I can teach you how to speak Vietnamese in the most natural way. And I will share you every thing about Vietnam if you have any interest.
As for English, I have had studied 3 years in my high school as a main subject for gifted students and in my university as well.
I think that the most effective method to be able to speak a foreign language is "try and error". Once you don't worry about making mistakes to say what you are thinking, while having a person correcting your mistakes, you can do it.
I also have learnt Japanese for 3 years and I am willing to teach in Japanese, too ( I prefer English though)
