INSPIRATION IS THE KEY DYNAMIC TO SUCCESS. LET'S INSPIRE ONE ANOTHER!!
First, I believe that the difficulty of learning English as a second language in Japan can be attributed to "misplaced priorities". Therefore, anyone who intends to teach the English language must be clear about his or her goals before taking on a student, and then strive to achieve those goals!
Then, the teacher must have a clear path to effective communication. By this I mean that he or she must communicate his knowledge and experience in the most concise, time saving manner or style without being arrogant or erratic.
Finally, I think a teacher must have a good understanding of what the student wants, or desires, and be ready to adapt his or her style to the student's needs. This will produce good harmony!!
This is my style. This is how I intend to conduct my lessons!
