My name is Alison Liu and I am from Vancouver, Canada. I was born in Vancouver and grew up there, but my family is from Taiwan! I've been living in Japan since 2014 and have recently moved to Tokyo from Hamamatsu, Shizuoka. In addition to Canada and Japan, I've also lived in England and Hawaii as well. I was studying in England and worked on a coffee farm in Hawaii. I've also travelled to many different countries - maybe the most interesting place I've been to is Iceland!
All of my life experiences have made me realize the importance of communication and connecting to other people! I am an experienced teacher who wants to help you connect and communicate to others through English, so let's practice together! I can help you get ready for using English for a vacation abroad, daily conversation, prepare for an English exam (Eiken, TOEFL, TOIEC), or anything else you have in mind. I believe in working together with the student and listening to them to create a lesson plan that is interesting and helpful!
