Hi, my name is Thao and I am currently doing a Double Master Degree Program in Economics and Management and will stay in Japan for 1 year.
I am from Germany and speak German natively and Vietnamese fluently and have a big interest in learning languages which is why I am just as eager to teach my native tongue to others.
I would like to offer teaching you in German whether you need help with homework, want to practice speaking and listening, correction with your pronunciation or just need someone to talk to in German or about Germany to not forget what you learned!
I have prior experience in teaching German at a language school in India and Korea as well as with foreign students who come to Germany and I practice German conversation with American students regularly.
I also have a C1/C2 English level and can offer you conversation practices and tips to speak English more naturally as a non-native speaker! I have been to the US before and I have worked for the language certification organizations TOEFL (English) as well as DSH (German) which you might need to take an exam of if you want to study in Germany. (I can give you tips on preparing for an exchange semester in Germany, too, if you want.)
I am currently enrolled at Tohoku University so if you can manage to come to the Kawauchi campus we can arrange a meeting schedule more easily and at other days and times, too! Otherwise we can also discuss about meeting places once you've contacted me :)
