I am a retired business executive looking to share his experience and knowledge. I have taught English and various subjects before, generally in a 1-1 setting and also at Eikaiwas. I am a good mentor and teacher via an enthusiastic and cheerful approach. I focus on explaining the rationale and underlying theory using examples rather than pure memorization. I am good with both children and adults. I speak basic Japanese but more importantly understand the Japanese mindset, values and culture. I have a wide variety of interests so can cover diverse topics ranging from Science, Technology and Nature, to Business and Arts and Culture.
