Hi everyone,
my name is Callum. I am an Australian living and working in Saitama, Japan! I am passionate about helping people become comfortable speaking English; my educational background is in psychology and counselling and the skills I learned at University informs my practice as a teacher. I believe the best way to learn a language is to simply speak it and allow yourself to become comfortable using English. I understand that it can be a little scary at first, so I try my hardest to be accommodating and supportive. If you're new to English and want to give it a try then I'd love to work with you. Or, if you've studied English and want a place to practice speaking and listening it would be a pleasure to help you further develop your skills.
I'm open to working with all kinds of people, young or old, beginner or fluent. I have experience working in an Eikaiwa teaching children as young as 2 all the way up to seniors. I really enjoy creating meaningful connections with the people I teach and consider the relationship to be something really special!
