はじめまして。講師のデイヴ（Daev）です。日本で20年以上にわたり英語を教えています。保険、銀行、海運業界での職務経歴があり、現在は東京で食品輸入会社を経営しながらバンド活動も行っています。
これまでに指導してきた生徒さんは、大手食品会社のCEO、外資系企業の日本人役員、医師や研究者、舞台プロデューサー、航空パイロット、ナイトビジネス勤務の方、大学生など、多岐にわたります。初心者から上級者レベルまで対応した英語学習書を3冊執筆した実績もあります。
性格は明るく陽気で、すぐに人と打ち解けることができます。私の指導スタイルは、単に話すだけでなく、講師とやり取りをしながら自分の頭で考えることを促すため、リラックスして楽しく受講していただけます。

Hi students, I’m Daev. I’ve been teaching for over 20 years in Japan. I have a background in insurance, banking, and shipping. I currently manage a food import company in Tokyo and also play in a band.
Among my students over these years are CEOs of major food companies, Japanese directors of foreign firms in Japan, medical doctors and researchers, stage play producers, an airline pilot, hostesses, and university students, among many others. I’ve written 3 English instruction books ranging from beginner to advanced levels.
I have a jovial personality and make friends easily. You will feel very comfortable with my style of teaching, which encourages you not only to speak more, but also to interact and think.
