また、私は10年以上イギリスに住み、橋梁エンジニアとして英国各地の大規模インフラプロジェクトを担当してきました。その中で多くのチームを率い、人材育成や従業員のウェルビーイング（心身の健康と働きやすさ）の向上に力を注いできました。
私自身、人が自信を持ち、それぞれの可能性を最大限に発揮できるよう支援することに大きなやりがいを感じています。
