はじめまして。リチャードと申します。カナダ出身ですが、2024年3月にアメリカから札幌に移住しました。ALTとして勤務した生徒たちが、私の経験を通して、スピーキング力とライティング力に自信を持てるようサポートすることにやりがいを感じています。暇な時間には創作小説を書いたり、アニメを見たりするのが好きです。また、北海道に来てからアーチェリーを再開しました。私は札幌で開催されるイベントについて学ぶのも好きで、よさこい祭りや、私の故郷であるカナダのオタワのウィンタールードに似た札幌雪まつりにも参加しています。あなたと一緒に仕事をし、あなたの夢の実現をお手伝いできることを楽しみにしています。
Nice to meet you. My name is Richard, and I am originally from Canada, but moved here to Sapporo in March 2024 from the United States. I enjoy helping my students gain confidence in their speaking and written abilities, as has been seen by students of my ALT positions. I enjoy writing creative stories in my spare time, as well as watching anime and I’m getting back into archery again here in Hokkaido. I also enjoy learning about events here in Sapporo, including attending the Yosakoi festival and the Sapporo Snow Festival which is similar to Winterlude in my hometown of Ottawa in Canada.
