My name is Abigail, I’m a Nigerian educator currently living in Sapporo, Hokkaido. I am very interested in supporting students as they develop their English communication skills.
While living in Japan, I have gained practical teaching experience working as an English instructor at PRIMARY and IAY English Language Schools. I have taught individual students and groups,facilitated classroom activities, and helped students practice English through interactive methods such as games, conversation exercises and songs. These activities have helped create an enjoyable learning environment and encouraged students to participate actively while building their confidence in speaking English.
I truly enjoy teaching because it allows me to help students develop communication skills that connect them with people from around the world. I am also passionate about helping learners improve their fluency and express themselves with confidence. I am positive that my enthusiastic teaching method and clear communication style, as well as my deep respect for cultural differences will help me create a supportive and friendly learning atmosphere for you.
