私は、小学校および幼児教育分野において20年以上の指導経験を持つ教育者です。教育学修士号、教育ディプロマ、MMIロンドン・モンテッソーリ・ディプロマを取得しており、子どもの発達段階に応じた指導を大切にしてきました。
子ども一人ひとりを尊重した「子ども中心の学び」を大切にし、安全で前向きな学習環境を作ることを心がけています。忍耐強く、思いやりがあり、学習面だけでなく情緒面・社会性の成長もサポートできることが私の強みです。
現在、茨城県つくば市に在住しており、技術・人文知識・国際業務ビザを保持しています。即勤務可能で、日本の国際教育・英語教育環境の中で、これまでの経験を活かしながら貢献したいと考えています。
I am a dedicated and passionate educator with over 20 years of teaching experience in primary and early childhood education. I hold a Master of Education, a Diploma in Education, and an MMI London Montessori Diploma. Throughout my career, I have worked with diverse student groups and have developed a strong ability to support children’s academic, social, and emotional growth.
I strongly believe in child-centered learning and creating a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and motivated to learn. I am patient, caring, and highly committed to supporting children according to their individual learning needs.
Currently residing in Tsukuba, Japan, I hold a valid Engineer / Humanities visa and am available to work immediately. I am eager to contribute my experience, professionalism, and passion for education to an international or English-medium school in Japan, while also continuing to learn and grow within the Japanese educational environment.
