こんにちは。私の名前はローリーです。外国語としての英語（EFL）の認定教員で、英語教育の実務経験を豊富に持っています。フィリピン出身で、現在は日本に在住しています。フィリピンで育ち学び、土木工学の理学士号を取得しました。
日本では、塾で3年間英語教師を務め、小学校・中学校で1年以上外国語指導助手（ALT）としても勤務してきました。
教育は私の情熱です。学習者が自分自身の最大限の可能性を引き出すようサポートすることが、何よりも嬉しいです。
教員としての目標は、「ミスを恐れない」心構えで英語を学び、話すことに自信を持てるよう、前向的で魅力的な学習環境を創り出すことです。子供向けレッスンでは、歌、ゲーム、フラッシュカード、ロールプレイ、ストーリーテリングを使って、楽しくインタラクティブに学べるようにします。成人向けでは、実践的なコミュニケーションスキル、会話練習、文法サポート、日常生活のシナリオに焦点を当て、「すぐに使える英語」を学べるようにします。
自由な時間には英語の歌を歌うのが大好きで、自然の風景や小さな発見を写真や動画に撮るのも楽しんでいます。

Hi, my name is Lorie. I am a certified teacher of English as a Foreign Language with hands-on- experience in teaching English. I am from the Philippines but currently living in Japan. I grew up and studied in the Philippines, earning my Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
In Japan, I have worked as an English teacher at a cram school for three years and as an Assistant Language Teacher in both elementary and junior high schools for more than one year.
Teaching is my passion, and I love helping learners reach their full potential.
My goal as a teacher is to create a positive and engaging environment where students feel confident and motivated to learn and speak English without fear of making mistakes. For kids, I use songs, games, flashcards, role-plays, and storytelling to keep lessons fun and interactive. For adults, l focus on practical communication skills, conversational practice, grammar support, and real-life scenarios to make learning meaningful and useful.
