am a 24 half Japanese/American, but was raised 95% of my life on the coast of Massachusetts. I graduated from Northeastern University in 2014 with a focus on Cinema and Video Production. I am currently living in Japan, and trying (struggling) to master Japanese. I completely understand the ups and downs; and want to be there not just as a teacher but as a friend who understands the difficulty. I also know that it is so important to have a proper language partner in order to learn quickly and enjoy it. I taught with Interac for half a year at an Elementary and Junior High School. It was a great experience but it lacked a personal connection with teaching. I hoped to gain that here! I also spent 1 month in Busan, South Korea working at a language cafe that focused on casual English conversation with groups and 1 to 1.
