I'm a highly professional, results-driven TESOL teacher with experience in the development and delivery of language programs to a wide variety of clients encompassing diverse backgrounds, beginners to advanced, from students and migrants to business professionals.
My qualifications include a Professional TESOL Certificate (120 hours) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Supervision and Management from Broward College, Florida USA. My current experience includes working for 3 elementary schools in Japan in the morning. Past experience includes working at a After School Day Care for more than 2 years, teaching students aging from 6 - 16 year old .I possess a fun-filled personality as well as effective teaching skills which motivate students towards learning. I am a versatile educator. I have instructed a wide variety of students from various backgrounds and all facets of society. I am a compassionate Teacher, who is sensitive to student’s needs, employing effective listening; providing individual and group support. Offering positive encouragement, reinforcing to keep students focused and motivated.
One of the most effective ways I assist ESL students is, developing and presenting comprehensible, stimulating lesson plans that facilitate all learning styles. I research, incorporate and locate a variety of resources to accommodate students via visual, audio, tactile and kinesthetic methods. I also integrate in this the Modern Technology that has much to offer in terms of opportunities to deepen their knowledge. My goal is to foster and maintain an open, honest, communicative and supportive classroom; where each student would feel safe, secure, special, and appropriately challenged.
