毎年、私は外国語指導助手（ALT）派遣会社からオファーを受けます。勤務先は小学校、中学校、高校のいずれかになります。授業のレッスンプランを準備するために、それぞれの学校の日本人教師や英語教師と協力して、各授業を計画し、対応するレッスンプランを作成します。また、カフェやオンラインで様々な年齢の大人に対しても指導しています。英語を学ぶことは、学校や大学を卒業したい学生や、競争の激しい現代の就職市場で成功したい大人にとって非常に重要です。私は、将来英語を使う上で生徒たちが目標を達成できるようサポートするのが任務です。私の目標は、授業の中で少なくとも生徒が知らなかったことを三つ教えることです。それは新しい単語3つであったり、簡単な文章や文法の概念であったりするかもしれません。どの授業の最後でも、生徒が何かを学んだと感じられるようにしたいと考えています。
Every year I get offers from Assistance Language Teacher dispatching companies. The work place can be at Elementary, Junior high, or Senior High schools.
To prepare the lesson plans for the class, I work and plan with the respective Japanese English teachers and prepare the lesson plans for each lesson.
I also teach students of all ages and adults of various ages, face to face at cafes or online.
Learning English is important for students who wish to graduate and adults who want to compete in today’s job market. It is my task to help my students achieve their goals in regard to using English in the future.
My goal is to try to teach the student at least three things they did not know before the lesson. It could be three new words, simple sentences and grammar concepts.
At the end of any lesson, I want my students to feel as if they've learned something.
